Dill Pickle Deviled Eggs

Dill pickle flavor joins deviled egg greatness! Dill pickle deviled eggs are a must-have for picnics and parties. They’re just so tasty, addictive, and incredibly easy to make.

INGREDIENTS – Eggs – Mayonnaise – Dijon mustard – Dill pickle juice – Dill pickles – Fresh dill + extra for garnish – Pepper

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the eggs. 2. Boil for 10 minutes then immediately add to an ice bath (a bowl of ice and water). Let the eggs completely cool. 3. Peel the eggs and slice them in half, and scoop the yolks into a medium sized bowl.

Step 1

1. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, dill pickle juice, 4 tablespoons of the diced pickles, fresh dill, and pepper. Beat until smooth.

Step 2

1. Either spoon the filling back into the egg whites or transfer it to a plastic bag or piping bag if you want to make it look pretty. 2. Top with extra diced pickles and dill.
