Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls

If you love cinnamon rolls, try this soft and delicious sourdough version! Made with a tangy sourdough starter and filled with a sweet cinnamon sugar mixture, these soft sourdough cinnamon rolls are perfect for a cozy breakfast or brunch.

INGREDIENTS – sourdough starter (or discard) – all-purpose flour –warm water - sugar – oil – yeast – salt - egg – cinnamon - brown sugar - melted butter

1. Adding the dough ingredients together and mixing for 7-11 minutes. Cover and let rise for two hours.

Roll dough into a rectangle, Sprinkle the cinnamon mix over and roll lengthwise. Cut into 2" slices.

Lay rolls in a pan or casserole dish. Cover and let rise for another hour. Bake @ 350 F for 25-30 minutes. Make cream cheese icing (in post) and drizzle over top.
