full fat 14%.

cup
sliced pickled jalapenos.
1
avocado
mashed
1/4
cup
- 1/2 cup Rotel tomatoes and chiles.
1/4
cup
diced green onions.
Instructions
Line a
small cookie sheet
(quarter sheet) with parchment paper.
Start with a layer of chips, add the chicken, then pour the beer cheese sauce, and bbq sauce.
Repeat with another layer, saving the majority of the chicken, beer, and bbq sauce for the top.
If the beer cheese isn't hot out of the skillet, heat up the nachos in a preheated oven for 3-5 minutes at 425F.
Top with the remaining ingredients and serve with sour cream, salsa, refried beans, or guacamole on the side.
Notes
This is one of those recipes where you measure with your heart. I estimated what I used in measurements, but if you want less sauce then use less.
