Preheat oven to 350F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Add half the tortilla chips to the pan, then top with half the shredded chicken, half the sausage, half the cajun seasoning, half the peppers, and half the shredded cheese.
Top with the rest of the tortilla chips, the rest of the above ingredients, the sliced jalapeno, and corn.
Bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and done. Top with diced green onions.

Serve it With
Your favorite salsa or pico de gallo (whatever heat level you prefer - I like medium).
Chicken. You can swap it for blackened shrimp, cooked crawfish, or leave it out altogether.
Andouille sausage. If you can't find andouille sausage you can substitute it with a regular smoked garlic sausage from the store or kick it up a notch with chorizo.
Monterey jack cheese. Whatever cheese you have in your fridge. Mozzarella works, although it's a little less flavorful.
