Cool Whip
1 litre container - US readers, this is roughly 16 ounces

cream cheese

Optional: crushed pistachios
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together the Cool Whip and the pistachio pudding mix. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the block of cream cheese until soft.
Spoon the cool whip pistachio mixture into the cream cheese a bit at a time and mix with handheld beaters until fluffy.
Top with crushed nuts.
Serve with your favorite fruit and cookies.
