Candy Cane Cheesecake Dip Recipe

This delicious candy cane cheesecake dip is a Christmas party recipe favorite. Serve it with graham crackers, fruit (strawberries are a favorite), or sugar cookies.
Prep Time:10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes plus extra for garnish
  • 1-2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix together the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk using a hand mixer. Do this for two minutes. Add the extracts and continue beating for an additional two minutes.

  • Transfer the dessert dip into a serving bowl and sprinkle with extra crushed candy canes and the graham cracker crumbs.

Notes

Add the peppermint extract 1/2 teaspoon at a time. After a teaspoon taste and adjust it if you think you would like it less minty.
